Live a Christian Life - 2 Corinthians 6

S - 2 Corinthians 6:8 We serve God whether people honor us or despise us, whether they slander us or praise us. We are honest, but they call us impostors.
O - Paul was steady in how he lived and served and praised the Lord.  There was no question if he was a Christian or not regardless of what anyone else said about him.
A - With how our state and country are going right now with legislating very immoral laws, I have the ability and duty as a Christian to stand and live a righteous life; one that others can look at and not question what and who I stand for.  I need to be honest in everything eventhough our society is almost encouraging dishonesty and living for one's self.
P - God, I come to you today in sadness and with questions as to where we as a state and country are going.  I feel almost helpless and in despair in the fact that we as a society are turning away from you.  Eventhough I may not be able to turn our whole society around I choose to do what I can with those people that are near me.  I ask for your help and your strength as I may encounter ridicule.  Lord I also ask for your wisdom and discernment in what we should be doing with this little baby.  We want to provide a good home for her but I also am concerned about my existing family and especially my wife.  We need your word.  We surrender our lives to you but just need to have your clear direction on this decision.  I praise you and worship you Lord.  Thank you for being my Lord and savior!
