S - 1 Corinthians 11:31 But if we would examine ourselves, we would not be judged by God in this way. 32 Yet when we are judged by the Lord, we are being disciplined so that we will not be condemned along with the world.
O - Paul is taking to the Corinthians about the judgment of God that is upon them when they are coming to the Lord's Supper without first looking at their own life and making things right. Also some of the people were getting drunk with the supper. The Judgment of God for these cases was sometimes sickness, needs unfulfilled, or death.
A - I have the choice and opportunity to examine myself and if I am honest and willing to ask for forgiveness and change those things that I am wrong in I can spare myself from God's judgment. I should change before I have to of never do and experience God's judgment on my life of disobedience. I choose today to reflect on my life and to make those things that I have been failing on right.
P - God, I ask for your grace and your favor on my life and for your forgiveness for those things that I have done that hurts you or others. I love you and want to serve you and be an encouragement for others and for your kingdom. I desperately want to be this for my family and to pass on this trait to them as they grow and mature. Help me and my family today and bless and protect us all. I pray for your healing power on our lives and that sicknesses and diseases be removed completely from this house and blocked from getting back in.
